Each product supplied by Auxime is checked under the strictest quality criteria:
· Acquisition of certified Raw Material from assessed and audited producers
· Manufacturing under the strictest quality control checks
· Rigorous final Inspection criteria prior to the shipping of materials
Auxime submits its products to rigorous electromechanical testing in accredited laboratories, testing amongst other aspects the environmental and seismic tolerance, waterproofing, tensile strength, conductivity, durability, corrosion resistance, toughness, etc.
This Quality Assurance system has formed a part of our business philosophy since the beginning, firstly with the implementation of our own Quality Assurance system passing multiple inspections from the most prestigious
inspection companies of our generation (Bureau Veritas, ATISAE, SGS, INTA, amongst others) and
subsequently ratified in 1997, after receiving the quality certification from AENOR according to regulation ISO 9002.
Auxime distributes its product line to each company created to that effect, thus since then, every company holds its own certification, maintaining the no. ER-0815/1997 for Auxime Ductos and receiving the no. ER-1361/2002 for Auxime Connectors.
Up until today both companies have sustained their appropriate certifications according to the ISO 9001 regulations, with the objective of ensuring constant improvement of its processes and complete client satisfaction.
It’s worth highlighting that our Quality Management System is also accredited by the Evaluation Group of Nuclear Facilities Suppliers Group (NSG) in the compliance with regulation UNE-73401 of “Quality Assurance at Nuclear Facilities”
Auxime is a certified supplier for all electrical companies in countries where it has its own representation.
